Kubran Consulting, LLC specializes in Geographic Information Systems (GIS) and stormwater permit compliance/Stormwater Pollution Prevention Planning (SWPPP). Additional services include field data collection, permit compliance/oversight, hydrogeology, and environmental consulting.

Kubran Consulting has over 18 years of GIS experience with 17 years’ experience in the environmental consulting field. Kubran Consulting has over 11 years of experience implementing SWPPP projects and over 6 years of hydrogeology work experience.
